Single Sliding Pollution Screen for Patio Doors (DIY Kit)

Our sliding patio door screen is fitted with RESPILON® Clean Air window membrane. Now in its 5th generation, this membrane protects your building from harmful particulates in the outside air.

The sliding panel rolls effortlessly along the discrete track to allow entry and exit through your door. You can choose from a Z track to allow you to face fit, or alternatively reveal fit using a U and L track fitted to the floor and upper ceiling of your reveal respectively. Pile to the back of the screen provides a complete all round seal. Clips at the top of the panel allow it to be lifted out of the track for cleaning or storage in the cooler months

You can choose a White or Anthracite Grey frame and we also offer a colour coating service if you need to match a specific paint colour.

This screen represents an excellent investment if you’re looking for a good long-term solution rather than a cheap short-term fix. Both the frames and membrane will last for many years, the membrane can also be removed and replaced if needed.

The kit is supplied with all necessary screen materials, fixings a spline tool for fitting the membrane and a set of instructions. Most importantly - we are the end of the phone if you need some help.

Please note: To make this screen you will need to mitre-cut the aluminium frames using a mitre box and good hacksaw or preferably a mitre saw. Making also requires measuring, drilling, and screwing so we would not recommend this kit for DIY beginners. If DIY is not for you, we have a made to measure option which can be selected below.

How does this screen work?

If you select the face fit option Z tracks are fixed to the top and bottom of your door frame. If you select the reveal fit option the U and L tracks are fitted to the floor and ceiling of your reveal respectively. In both cases the screen panel sits on the track and wheels allow the panel to roll/slide over the fixed pane when you wish to pass through the door.
